Winners of Prix d'Excellence Awards 2013

2013 FIABCI Prix d’Excellence Award winners were recently honored at an exclusive dinner ceremony at the FIABCI World Congress, which took place in Taichung, Taiwan.  Considered the “Oscar” of the real estate industry, the Prix d’Excellence is a prestigious honor that recognizes real estate development projects that best embody excellence in all real estate disciplines involved in its creation and illustrates the FIABCI ideal of “providing society with the optimal solution to its property needs.”  The Wall Street Journal is the media sponsor.

Winners were selected by an international panel of experienced real estate experts and were evaluated on concept, architecture, engineering, profitability, marketing results, environmental impact and benefit to society. “This year’s competition was tough with contenders for the award representing prominent projects from all over the world,” explained Judy Shenefield, FIABCI World President.
